About the Show

Sala Fabiola is located in an old manor house in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, not far from the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar of Seville. The venue is a multipurpose space in Seville that was founded with the purpose of promoting culture in a thousand-year-old city. Its small dimensions - barely 28 square meters – and location in the former carriage house of the palace, give it an air of an intimate tablao. As well, the venue is completely acoustically isolated, illuminated, adapted and air-conditioned.

Sala Fabiola presents the show "Flamenco: Tradition and Art", a journey through the main flamenco styles by flamenco performers who transmit their passion through the art of guitar, dance and song. The intimacy of the performance hall, with a maximum capacity of 32 people, makes the essence of this universal culture reach the heart of the viewer.

Reviews

True artists expressing aemotions to audience. Intimate, legit, authentic. The room itself has comfortable seats, the host also treated us very well. Highly recommended
Interesting experience. One guitarist, one singer and one dancer. I loved guitar. The singer and dancer were doing it with heart, but it wasn't my cap of tea
Best flamingo show we have ever seen!!. We have been to Barcelona and watched a show there and this show was better then any of the shows we have seen in the other parts of Spain. Unfortunately there was a bad smell of cigarettes, other then that, everything was perfect.
Very nice hosts, great dance and music.
This was so much more than we expected! First of all, it's not a commercialized tourist trap at all. It's a tiny studio space that seats about 30, with a brilliant guitarist, a passionate vocalist, and a delightful and very talented dancer. It was one of the best hours of music we've experienced in a long time. So authentic and engaging!
This was my second flamenco show during the 4-night stay in Seville, and it was every bit as good as the first show at another venue (La Milonga). The trio consisted of a male guitar player, a female dancer and a female singer. All 3 were great of course, but I especially liked the singer. She was intensely emotional and passionate. There was also a photographer during the show, who was the only one allowed to take photos during the event, and she later got on stage and danced flamenco too! She might have been a part-time flamenco performer herself. Unlike La Milonga, this place doesn't serve drinks (or food), but the seats are more comfortable and the spacing is generally better too. The tickets are also some of the cheapest in town - 17 euros! Highly recommended!
