First course, choice of
  • Andalusian vegetarian gazpacho (Cold soup with garish)
  • Andalusian mixed salad (Lettuce, baby tomato, fresh cheese, natural fruits of the season)
  • Shellfish and fish soup in brandy
  • Deep-fried auvergines with homemade orange marmalade
  • Stuffed green pepper in Mozarabe sauce
Second course, choice of
  • Filet of halibut in “Roteña" sauce (Sauce made with natural tomato, green pepper and onion)
  • Casserolle of soupy rice with king prawns
  • Small legs of chicken in oven with baby potatoes
  • Stuffed sirloin with baked apple in brandy sauce, pine nuts and raisins
  • Stuffed sirloin with cheese, red pepper and Serrano ham with sherry sauce
  • Special dessert
