El Templo del Flamenco Granada, Flamenco Show in Granada

Went here on Tuesday March 26th. Booked through get your guide. If you read any reviews saying this place is hard to find, that is n understatement. Was raining and our cab wouldn’t take us all the way up. When we got out of the cab he pointed us up some stairs and then we wandered around in the dark and rain trying to find the place. There are no signs or anything to assist that we could see. Once inside the staff were very nice and sat us right away. Warning, if you don’t speak Spanish you will be lost. They explain nothing in English and just go right into their dancing. I do not recommend unless you know some Spanish or have an interpreter with you. The food was better than average and the servers were very good. I will say the dancers are very passionate but without context it was all wasted on me.

The steps up to the venue can be a little tricky but worth the trek. The food was very good inside, and the venue is wonderfully unique. The show itself was spectacular! The dancers were amazing. As were the singer and the gentleman playing the guitar. Highly recommend

This is an absolutely worthwhile choice on your trip to Granada. Good food, drinks, great atmosphere and an awesome local flamenco show. Doesn’t hurt that everyone on the team is very nice. I recommend.

Went to watch the traditional flamenco show. Very nice and amazing. We sat in rows and watch them dance just right jnfornt of us. We can see their feet movements and their amazing dancing moves. The food was good, we ordered the chicken which was amazing and cooked perfectly. During the show, you are served some drinks. The Sangria that i ordered was amazing and nice. The view of the journey up the hill to the el templo del flamenco was spectacular.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting El Templo del Flamenco in Granada with a group of 27 Americans. We may have been a rowdier crowd than usual conseridering we know little of Flamenco and the expected behaviors. It was a damn fine show and it was difficult not to express our enjoyment through loud cheering and clapping. The venue, offered an intimate setting in a traditional cave, enhancing the authenticity of the experience. The first dancer's raw passion and power in her performance was exceptionally impressive. Her face and her intensity was a testament to the art's emotive power. The second dancer's stoic grace captivated us all. The entirety of the show she held herself high, embodying the elegance of Flamenco. The male dancer brought a certain charisma to the stage, his performance subtly sensual yet fun. The accompanying Spanish guitarist played masterfully, and the singer delivered a powerful performance that resonated through the cave.The food, while not exceptional, was adequate and plentiful. The range of dishes, from salads to main courses like chicken, fish, and eggplant, was satisfactory. The blend of passionate performances and the unique cave setting makes it a worthwhile visit for anyone seeking to immerse themselves in this traditional Andalusian art form. I highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful, Flamenco show with the most delicious food and excellent service. Everyone was kind and friendly. Such a great venue with a rich history well worth a visit ❤️

The hour long performance was so thrilling and awe-inspiring. The singers, dancers, and musicians all perform with such passion. The staff was attentive and kind. The venue is so unique as it's in a cave and all decorated in the traditional style. A really great experience all around.

Their flamenco performance was fantastic. No guitar, no dancing, no singing. It wasn't worth the money paid at all. However, the concert hall is located in a place where you have to climb up on foot, and it was not easy to pass the road under construction at late hours. Above all, the viewing environment was disappointing compared to the performance. Being able to drink and eat while watching a performance is definitely fantastic. However, it was a pity that the waiters constantly moved to cover the stage during the performance, obstructing the view. And I left the front seat empty for a group audience, and I couldn't concentrate on the performance at all while they arrived late, entered, and ordered drinks. However, the performance in the cave was excellent and the musicians are appreciated.

We were disappointed with the service because our tables were pushed to the side to accommodate a rather large group of tourist kids. We couldn’t see the performance too well or enjoy our meals without having someone bump into our side tables. It was way overcrowded and felt too hot in there. The cave capacity seemed exceeded which makes me wonder if it’s a fire hazard to have so much people in there. I give 3 stars for the performers, especially the emotional flamenco dancer and for good food. It seemed unfair for us to be pushed to the side when we booked so far in advance. We may have done better with a flamenco performance in Seville.

A brilliant experience of Flamenco performed by the dancers, singer and guitarist. The air and the stage vibrated with the dynamic sounds of the Flamenco footwear, together with the graceful and elegant movements of the dancers. A performance that must be seen once in a lifetime at least.

My husband and I just enjoyed this wonderful evening. We chose the dinner option and were not disappointed with the menu. We had a full salad, meat and cheese platter and cod entrée followed by a dessert. We enjoyed 2 glasses of red wine at no extra cost. The show was pure authentic flamenco dancing, singing and great guitar playing. We really enjoyed our evening and highly recommend.

Excellent flamenco show. Highly recommend. Food was tasty although the show is so good you'll probably forget to eat.

First of all, I would like to praise the artists/performers because they were truly amazing and so passionate. However, I do not recommend this place to anyone because it is impossible to watch and enjoy the show, we were seated very far from the stage. But we had similar experience in Malaga, we could see the stage, here the floor is flat so you can only watch the head of other customers. You somehow try to stand up to see the show, but every 15 seconds, a waiter walks in front of you to serve food and drinks so you always miss something. In flamenco, feet moves are the most important things and you can not watch this because of service and seating problems. I totally respect the performers and wish them all the best but I do not recommend this place at all. Edit: Picture was added to show that back tables have no visibility to the stage.

Thoroughly recommend this show. We visited last night at the 8pm showing and was not disappointed. We were entranced from start to end. My son, a guitar player himself, said the guitarist was phenomenal. He did a solo and it was beautiful. All 5 on stage were polished, in time and could each clap a separate beat at the same time...a very difficult thing to do! The seating was good...facing the stage. Fantastic lighting and ambience. The one downside was sometimes we couldn't see their feet but that didn't detract from the whole performance.

Such incredible talent! A beautiful show. The food was also delicious and the service lovely. Someone had recommended we come here to see Flamenco in the caves, and I also think that the caves add to the experience!

Nice location and atmosphere. Seen and heard nice flamenco The food was so-so, not bad but nothing special. Advantage of eating there is that you are placed close by the podium

Spectacular show, the talented performers are clearly passionate and enjoying themselves. We were lucky to get seated in the front row. Food was not amazing but you do get better seats if you purchase a package so I do recommend it!

Amazing place!! It is a cave where you feel overwhelmed, just by entering it. Let alone the sound of the guitar and footsteps of the flamenco dance later on. Beautiful talented people, nice tapas and drinks but above all greatest experience during our journey around Andalusia. The sound, the songs, the dance was so moving and sensational! The neighborhood was also a really interesting place to visit! Dont be put off by the location and definately visit it! I honestly can not imagine anyone rating this place with less that 5stars. One of a kind!! I wish we could sit in the front, but we did not request it.

Such an exquisite experience! The dancers, musicians and singers are simply wonderful and talented. This is what true flamenco is. Besides the artists, the location and waiters were fantastic as well. A must see when visiting Granada!

Loved the cave atmosphere and the show. We were particularly impressed with the guitar player. The only negative is the server continually going back and forth between the tables and the kitchen during the show. As the cave is small this would always block our view. The place can be a bit hard to find. GPS is misleading and we ended up lost with another couple having the same issue. I would definitely recommend this show.

The seating area had an overwhelming smell of VOC's mixed with the odor of the Lysol the manager was dousing the seating in when we came in. The smell was so bad I waited outside till the show started, and left after 10 minutes because I felt like I couldn't breathe. Really disappointed as this was a special treat for our last night in Spain.

As a first-timer to seeing a flamenco show this was an incredible night out. The sound of the foot stamps, the gypsy singer, the guitar playing were amazing, so much power and passion. The food was good too for the price included with drinks extra. Don't be put off by the slightly out of town location. Inside is a complete surprise of white painted caves with the stage at one end and the reception at the other.
